Collecting leads and user data has become even easier with Attlas. Now you can create a form directly within the platform and make it available in your chat, allowing your users to fill it out with ease.
Creating a form

To create your form, go to the Form tab, next to Sources.
Creating a form is very simple: first enable form creation. Then, just select the fields you would like to include, such as name, email, phone number, etc.
You can preview your form by clicking on the form icon next to your chat link, located in the right corner of the screen. When you click, your form will take up the space that was previously occupied by the chat.

Customizing your form
After choosing the fields you want to include, you can customize some important elements:
Open button
This is the button displayed within the chat. Try to write a short, eye-catching message to encourage clicks and completions.
Submit button
You can also customize the text on the submit button, creating another opportunity to grab the user's attention and encourage them to complete the form.
Confirmation message
Once the user clicks the submit button, you can program a custom message to confirm their submission of the form, adding another layer of personalization.
Webhook URL
Attlas provides a field for adding a webhook link, in case you need to integrate the form with external automations.
Once your form is ready and customized, it will be available in your chat and ready to receive new contacts!

In the top bar of the platform, you will see the Submission tab. This is where you can view and consult all the data collected by your form, create filters, see specific information, and much more.
