Attlas User Profile

Create your Attlas Chat Identity in minutes with essential info for your business or personal profile, hassle-free.

The Identity menu was created to make life even easier for those who want to transform company (or personal) information into a smart chat, without complications.

Instead of creating a document with institutional data and manually adding it as a source, you only need to fill out a simple form with essential information. This way, Attlas understands who you or your company is from the very beginning.

Filling out your identity profile is entirely optional and can be done at any time.

Identity Profile Structure

The form is divided into tabs to make it easier to fill out and maintain clarity:

1. Identity

In this tab, you define who owns the chat:

  • Individual or organization
  • Full name or brand name
  • Activity (accountant, chef, reader, K-pop fan. Whatever you want!)

2. Contact information

Here you enter basic contact and operating information:

  • Website;
  • Email;
  • Phone number;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Address;
  • Custom button (this can be a sign-up button, your store, or any page you want to highlight);
  • Days and hours of operation.

3. Digital presence and social media

Add links to the social media platforms that best represent your digital presence:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Others

Once you save the information, your Identity profile will be complete.

All this information will be automatically available in your shared chat. If you do not want to show any of this information, simply disable it on this same page.

Customize the appearance of your chat!

The next step is to add your profile picture, cover photo, and colors! Try aligning everything with your favorite colors or your business's visual identity in the Chat profile tab.

A detailed explanation of the chat profile will be provided in the next section of the documentation:
