Sharing Your Attlas Chat

To make your experience even more complete, Attlas offers different ways to share your chat. You can make it publicly available or only to those you want, in a simple and flexible way. There are four sharing options: direct link, digital documents, or even in the physical world.

To open the sharing menu, simply click on the link generated above your chat within the platform.

Ways to share your Attlas

1. Shareable link

The first way to share is via a shareable link.

Just copy it and you can send it to whoever or wherever you want, via WhatsApp, email, or your social networks.

Link preview

Within the sharing menu, you will also find the Link preview. Here you can customize the preview of your chat link before sharing it. This ensures that the link is more attractive, professional, and aligned with your identity.

In the Link preview tab, you can define:

• Cover image - Recommendation: 1200 × 628 px.
• Title - short, direct, and impactful.
• Description - Summarize in a few words what the person will find when they open your chat.

On the side, you can see in real time how the information you just added looks.

The customization will be displayed when you share your chat link via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. This way, anyone who receives or views your link will see exactly what you chose to show.

2. QR Code

The QR Code is a great way to include your Attlas chat in your printed materials, such as brochures, posters, cards, and events.

Step by step:

1. Open the share menu.
2. Select QR Code sharing.
3. Download the QR Code.
4. Insert it into printed or digital materials.

3. Embed your Attlas in a Notion page

Embed your Attlas directly into a Notion page. This makes it accessible for quick reference without having to leave the document.

Ideal for: Internal teams and documents.

Step by step:

1. Open the share menu.
2. Select embed and copy the code.
3. In Notion, type /embed and paste the code.
4. The chat will appear on your page.
5. Adjust the block size if desired.

4. On your website (fixed assistant at the bottom center of the website)

Make your Attlas visible as a floating assistant, centered at the bottom of your website. Just like on our own website.

Ideal for: FAQs, support, or guided navigation.

Step by step:

1. Open the sharing menu.
2. Choose script sharing and copy the code.
3. Copy the HTML code.
4. Paste the code into your website's HTML.
5. Publish/update your website and reload the page.
6. The chat will automatically appear pinned at the bottom center.
