Sharing your Attlas chat

To make your experience even more complete, Attlas offers different ways to share your chat. You can make it publicly available or only to those you want, in a simple and flexible way. There are four sharing options: direct link, digital documents, or even in the physical world.

To open the sharing menu, simply click the “Share” button above your chat within the platform.

Link preview

Within the sharing menu, you will also find the Link preview. Click Open graph to customize the preview of your chat link before sharing it. This ensures that the link is more attractive, professional, and aligned with your identity.

In the Link preview tab, you can define:

Title: short, direct, and impactful.
Description SEO: Summarize in a few words what the person will find when they open your chat.
Cover image: Recommendation: 1200 × 628 px.

🖼️Attlas creates a custom cover using your profile name and photo whenever you share your chat link.

On the side, you can see in real time how the information you just added looks.

The customization will be displayed when you share your chat link via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. This way, anyone who receives or views your link will see exactly what you chose to show.

Ways to share your Attlas

1. Shareable link

The first way to share is via a shareable link.

Just copy it and you can send it to whoever or wherever you want, via WhatsApp, email, or your social media.

💡Special tip: Try putting the shareable link to your chat in your social media bio! It's a great place to get lots of interactions every day!

2. QR Code

The QR Code is a great way to include your Attlas chat in your printed materials, such as brochures, posters, cards, and events.

Step by step:

Open the share menu.
Select QR Code sharing.
Download the QR Code.
Insert it into printed or digital materials.

⚙If you change your chat URL, you will need to generate a new QR Code to use in your printed materials or presentations. Read more about this at: Chat profile

3. Embed your Attlas in a Notion page

Embed your Attlas directly into a Notion page. This makes it accessible for quick reference without having to leave the document.

⚠️Attlas does not read Notion content, it only responds based on the information trained on the platform.

Ideal for: Internal teams and documents.

Step by step:

Open the share menu.
Select embed and copy the code.
In Notion, type /embed and paste the code.
The chat will appear on your page.
Adjust the block size if desired.

4. Share via

To make sharing on specific sites and social networks even easier, we have added "share via," where the Attlas link is automatically sent to the chosen platform, ready to be sent to your contacts.

5. Open your chat

If you want to open your real chat online, just click on the Open chat sharing mode.
