The Profile tab refers to your chat's image and color settings. There, you can visually customize your chat to match your brand, project, or goal. Here are the elements you can configure:
- Chat name: choose a name that represents the content or function of the chat.
- Chat photo: add or change the display image for your chat.
- Cover: image to serve as visual or aesthetic support.
- Description: a short message to guide chat users or a phrase you like.
- Welcome message: a welcome message that will be displayed as soon as someone opens the chat — ideal for guiding the first contact.
- Chat colors: customize the colors used in light and dark modes. This helps keep the visual identity consistent with your design.
Chat preview
On the right side of the screen, you will see a live preview of how the chat will look with each change you make. This makes it easy to customize and ensures that everything is the way you want it before you save.
