- Description: a short message to guide chat users or a phrase you like.
- Welcome message: a welcome message that will be displayed as soon as someone opens the chat — ideal for guiding the first contact.
Chat preview
On the right side of the screen, you will see a live preview of how the chat will look with each change you make. This makes it easy to customize and ensures that everything is the way you want it before you save.
Triggers
Now that your chat is perfectly configured, it's time to add triggers! They will help your chat encourage users to click buttons and start new interactions. This is an essential part of ensuring your chat performs satisfactorily!
