Chat Personality

Give your Attlas Chat a personality by easily customizing its tone and manner, based on the 12 brand archetypes.

The Personality tab allows you to have more control over your chat's behavior, making conversations intelligent, personalized, and engaging.

How does the Personality tab work?

Within this tab, you will find three main sections that help shape the voice and style of your chat:

1. Custom instructions prompt

In this window, you can set specific instructions on how you want your chat to respond or interact.

Here you can freely write what the chat should do or avoid, tailoring its behavior to your use.

You can ask it to notify users about news, talk about discount coupons, or engage in creative interactions.

2. Archetypes

Choose from different archetypes that represent distinct personalities.

Each archetype has its own characteristics (such as the Sage, the Comedian, or the Caregiver) and directly influences the tone of voice of the responses.

  • Use of emojis: enable or disable.
  • Proactive chat: asks extra questions, offering additional help.
  • Conversation style: formal, standard, or casual.
  • Level of detail: concise, balanced, or detailed.
  • Personality: analytical, empathetic, enthusiastic, or creative.
  • Humor: none, subtle, or witty.
