The Overview panel is where you can monitor your chat's performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and understand how users are interacting with it.
1. Analytics

The first items you will find are basic analytics on your chat's performance, which are:
1. Coverage rate
The coverage rate is a percentage that indicates how many questions the chat was able to answer based on the information from its training.

Total number of times your chat was viewed in a specific period.
3. Messages
Total messages received by your chat within the selected period.
4. Contacts
Contacts collected through the lead capture form.
5. Clicks
Total clicks on buttons and links available in your chat during the selected period.
2. Geographic analytics
Below the main data, you will find three additional metrics that help you understand where your users come from and which content generates the most engagement.
1. Most clicked
Ranking—from highest to lowest—with the number of clicks on each link or button added to your chat.
2. Cities
Geographic distribution of views and interactions by city.
3. Countries
Geographic distribution of views and interactions by country.
Now that you understand the Overview, it's time to dive into the most important part: messages — where you can track everything that comes into your chat and make the necessary adjustments to make it smarter and smarter.
Messages

Next to the Overview tab, you will find the Messages tab — the space where all the conversations your chat has received are gathered.
Here you can view the topics that most interest your audience and better understand how the chat is performing.
Each conversation appears in a list with:
- a summary title,
- the number of messages exchanged,
- the coverage rate of the chat in that interaction,
- and the date of the conversation.
When you click on any of them, the chat opens on the side so you can analyze the conversation and gain valuable insights about the performance of your content.
Corrections

Within the Messages tab, there is a menu with three sections: Messages, Corrections, and Archived.
In the Corrections tab, you will see all conversations in which the chat had a coverage rate of 50% or less.
These messages appear here so you can review and adjust the content, ensuring that future responses are even more accurate and reliable.
