At Attlas, chats are the heart of the platform. They are where you transform your content into interactive and intelligent conversations.
How to create a new chat
To create a chat, follow the steps below:
- Access the platform.
- Click on the
New Chatbutton located at the top of the screen.
Initial chat settings
When you click on New Chat, a popup will appear with three fields to fill in:
- Chat cover image (optional)
- Chat name
- Chat language
⚠️Important: the chosen language cannot be changed later. This is because Attlas uses this information to train the chat with greater accuracy, considering the language of the sources that will be inserted.
Finishing the creation
After filling in all the information, click on Create.
You will be immediately directed to the Sources tab, where you can add the content that will feed your chat.
