Our Service allows You to upload data (text, files) to create custom AI chatbots ("User Content"). We respect the privacy of Your User Content:

  • No Training on User Data: We do not use Your User Content to train our own AI models.
  • Third-Party AI Processors: We utilize API services provided by OpenAI and Mistral AI to generate responses. According to their respective policies regarding API usage, Your data sent via the API is not used to train their models.
  • Data Isolation: Your data is stored securely in our database and is only accessed by the AI models when explicitly triggered by Your use of the Service.

Information from third-party social Media services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

Retention of your personal data

User Content Deletion: If You delete Your Account or specific User Content (knowledge bases, chats) within the Service, this data is permanently deleted from our servers (Supabase) and cannot be recovered. We do not retain deleted private data.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices in Brazil and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Specifically, Your data is hosted on Supabase servers located in the United States. By using the Service, You consent to the transfer of Your information to the United States.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

  • PostHog: We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with our Site.

Payments
