The Triggers tab is where you add the questions or actions that will appear in the center of your chat.

These triggers serve as starting points for conversation, piquing the visitor's curiosity and inviting them to interact. You can create custom buttons with:
- Questions
- External links
- Spotify songs
- YouTube videos
- Youtube channel
- Google Drive files
- Files
- Images (coming soon)
Triggers are essential to the success of your chat, as they help break the ice and encourage interaction in the first few seconds. Think of them as the first "hello" of your chat.
And if the user doesn't want to click on any of the buttons, that's fine — they can simply type their question or message into the chat.
Generating trigger questions
If you don't know which trigger questions to add, don't worry. Just click on the "Generate questions" button and Attlas will open a small pop-up for you to choose the number of questions you want to generate and the source on which they will be based.
In a few seconds, the questions will be created automatically. You can select the ones that make the most sense, discard others, and even generate new questions if the initial result does not meet your expectations.
When everything is chosen, click Add and you're done! The questions will be available immediately and can be tested in the Playground.

With the trigger questions defined, you can now share your chat.
Before doing so, we recommend testing how it is responding.
To do this, use Playground — an environment created especially for you to experiment with your chat's knowledge and communication without consuming your plan's messages.
