Edit mode: edit text directly from your PDFs

You know that company manual, course handout, or product catalog that's in PDF format? With edit mode, you can modify the content directly within the platform. Attlas transforms fixed text into something alive and editable, ready to be corrected, updated, or reused.

This tool makes life much easier for people who have materials with small outdated fields, optimizing your time without you having to create a new file, edit it, save it, and send it back to Attlas. With edit mode, just open, update, and you're done!

To use edit mode, simply send your file to the Sources tab within the platform, click Adjust, and you're done! The edit screen will appear immediately with the ideal features for making edits to the text.

Scanner mode: scan and transform into content

Companies that still operate with a large volume of printed documents, such as accounting offices, legal departments, clinics, or public institutions, often face a recurring challenge: after scanning documents, it is necessary to manually type the information so that it can be reused, edited, or analyzed. This process is time-consuming, requires rework, and can lead to errors.

With this in mind, Attlas offers a scanner mode feature that allows you to automatically extract content from any image, such as photos of documents, scanned files, or screenshots, and convert it into editable text that is ready to use within the platform.

With this, reports, receipts, handwritten forms, and even message printouts become sources of information that can be organized, reused, or trained in chat. It is an efficient way to digitize your operation's knowledge without additional effort.
