Attlas FAQ

Access a detailed list of frequently asked questions with clear answers to help you understand and use Attlas effectively.

Does Attlas require an internet connection?

Yes. Attlas is an online platform, and all features—from creating to sharing chats—require an internet connection to function.

Does Attlas search for information on the internet?

No. It only searches and learns from the information you enter into it.

Can I train it with screenshots?

Yes. With its scanner mode, Attlas can read text from images and photos and extract the text so you can train it with that information.

Is Attlas suitable for any business?

Yes. It can be used in any field, from authors and content creators to companies, educational institutions, e-commerce, and service providers.

How many fonts can I use?

The number of fonts depends on the plan you choose. At Attlas, what really matters is not the file size in MB, but the total number of characters used in training. This means you don't have to worry about large files (such as a 20 MB PDF) — the limit is based only on the total number of characters, not the file size.

Do I need to program to use Attlas?

No. Attlas was designed to be intuitive and can be used without any programming knowledge.

Can I update chat information after it has been created?

Yes. You can add, remove, or update sources at any time.

Does Attlas store my conversations?

Yes, for tracking and analytics purposes, but only you have access to them.

Can I integrate Attlas with other websites or systems?

Yes. Attlas allows integration via embed code and can also be used through direct links.

How do I know if my chat is responding well?

The Overview tab shows metrics such as coverage rate, number of messages, and conversations, helping you identify if the chat needs more information or adjustments.

Does Attlas respond automatically to everything?

It responds based on the information and sources provided. If something is not in the training material, the response may not be satisfactory, so it is important to monitor and supplement the content.
