Attlas dictionary

Learn the meanings of key terms used in Attlas, like “sources” and others, to navigate the platform confidently and avoid confusion.

Batch mode

Allows you to send multiple sources at once, speeding up file uploading and training.


Coverage rate

The coverage rate in Attlas is an indicator that shows how well the chat is able to answer users' questions satisfactorily.

It works as a kind of "automatic score" that the chat gives itself based on its responses.


Dropzone (externally integrable)

The chat will be trained directly without having to access the platform to click the button.


Identity (user)

Where you add information about yourself or your company.


Overview

In Attlas, the "Overview" page acts as a central hub where you can see all chat analytics, new leads added, and most clicked trigger buttons, like a chat control panel.


Personality

Place to add instructions and archetypes that shape your chat's personality, communications, and tone of voice.


Pill

Appearance of the chat integrated into websites.


Playground

Exclusive space for chat creators to test questions and see if the content is aligned.


Profile (chat)

Page dedicated to adding and starting to create your chat profile, adding a profile photo, cover photo, and welcome messages.


Sources

Area where you add the content that Attlas will use to learn.

You can include PDFs, links, loose texts, images with text, or sets of questions and answers.

Everything you put here will be part of your chat's "brain."


Triggers

Specialized area for placing buttons/links that will serve as triggers for user interaction.
